Temporary Road Closure Notices from Kent County Council
A229 Blue Bell Hill (Northbound) 17th March 2023 for a period of up to 18 months or until works have been completed.
The road will be closed between the junctions with Cobtree Roundabout to Lord Lees Roundabout, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via the M20 (Coastbound) J6 to J7, A249 Detling Hill, M2 (London Bound) J5 to J3, A229 between Taddington Roundabout to Lord Lees Roundabout.
Lower Warren Road, Aylesford - 29th April 2024 (20:00 - 06:00)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by O2 (UK) Limited, it will be necessary to close part of Lower Warren Road, Aylesford, from 29th April 2024 with estimated completion by 1st May 2024.
Lower Warren Road, Aylesford, will be closed from the junctions of Kits Coty Slip Road to Warren Road, between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Rochester Road, Chatham Road, A229 Kits Coty Slip Road, A229 Blue Bell Hill, Blue Bell Hill Village Slip Road, Common Road, Mill Lane, Warren Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow antenna works to be carried out, works are undertaken by O2 (UK) Limited.
